Going for Gold

It's the gold zippers again.  They lured us in...  Actually, we think everything about this sweater is pretty divine.  Unfortunately this one is no longer available but we've hunted down some equally great grey and black cardigan options for all that summertime AC and later into fall.

'Denim' & 'Leather'

Black leather pants have become ubiquitous and now the black leather skirt is also having it's moment.  We love that this one has the look of leather with the convenience of home laundry.  For us, dressing leather down is a must so pairing the skirt with denim (in this case chambray) and a sneaker was a natural choice.  Currently we are crazy for anything in tonal black and this combo from Converse is the perfect update to a classic.  And...we can't not mention the jewelry, this dino just puts a smile on our face and we believe is equally well suited to witty and adventurous adults as it is to the younger set.

There is nothing easier in the summer than throwing on an easy dress, 'one and done.'  Well this is the next best thing....with the added advantage of also being able to wear each piece separately.

By the Bay

Stunning view from the Bay Area Discovery Museum.  We really love these pants....wishing we bought them in every size (or at least one more!)!  Today we are layering on a great basic tank in tri-blend for a little visual texture.

Metal Mania

So, we admit it, we are a little cat-like.  We are drawn to anything shiny.  We've just decided to embrace it!  Here we've gathered what we think are the most exciting metals of the season.  The rose gold feels very fresh and feminine (incase metallic alone isn't feminine enough :)  ) but what we like most are the clean, sporty silhouettes of the sneakers and sandals.  And......we've never been known to turn down a little fringe, it's just plain fun, so we think these bags are the perfect feminine contrast (not that we'll be wearing them together!).
