Moi, Moi, Mwuah!

Our jacket of choice is usually not a jacket at all but a cardigan.  Great for layering and easily worn indoors or out.  Although, we're pretty much a sucker for sweaters in general so bear that in mind!

Come fall we love a good sweater/short combo.  This week we'll try it a few different ways.

Lakeside

Lake Tahoe has some of the most stunningly beautiful clear blue water... to look at it is truly mesmerizing.  We lucked out, this is the perfect backdrop for today's equally beautiful blues.  We always pack some large lightweight scarves to share when we travel and this one certainly came in handy today.  It's remarkable how versatile they can be as a scarf, wrap or swim cover-up.  Virtually weightless but actually keeps you warm as the wind picks up or the sun goes down... and when you don't need it just toss it into a bag and forget about it!  

We bought this dress a year ago and have been waiting to grow into it...finally!  Unfortunately this dress is no longer available. however, the fabric is really the star of the show and for the more crafty among us the classic Liberty Blue Paisley Fabric used to make the dress is available on-line.  Oh, to have the time to sew!

Golf for It

We might not be taking this jacket off for awhile...love, Love, LOVE it!!!  We had a lot of fun personalizing this one ourselves and, the best part is; we're not done yet!  We'll keep adding patches as we go.  There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to it and that's exactly what makes it so much fun....much like the design of this crazy King's Beach mini golf course!
