We don't believe in the old adage about wearing white after Labor Day but, none the less, this week we are getting our fill of those summer whites...on white, on white...

Eye See You

We asked ourselves if it was too early to wear velvet sneakers.  Our answer was, 'Yes, yes it is.'  But we love them, so we wore them anyway!

We could have kept going and going...it seems everywhere we look someone's looking back!  Ah!

Let's Face It

We fell in love with this Lulu Guinness Backpack so we decided to give our own black backpack a make-over in a similar fashion.  We carefully removed the label from the backpack and then embellished the backpack with American Crafts Glitter Tape.  We used the black and the darkest red colors and applied fabric glue to make it permanent.  Before applying we touched up the edges of the tape with a permanent marker to cover up where the white tape base showed thru and... voilà!  Kisses!

Quick tip when using fabric glue... we have switched to Beacon Fabri-Tac because it is a tacky glue that hold things in place much more easily and dries very quickly, it behaves similar to glue from a glue gun.
