Weekend Lunch Date

This week we're drawing inspiration from the world of denim and, in particular, indigo influenced stripes.  We are starting with this look today because, after all, a great pair of cut-offs really are a summer staple, no?  And we can't quite shake our color-block game from last week with this stripe-blocked playful twist on a classic menswear button down shirt.

New Kid on the Block

We are finishing up the week riding the color-block wave from yesterday.  This tee is taking us way back to the 80's.....and so is the hair!  That high pony seems to be channeling a little Ashley and Mary Kate from their Full House days!

Feeling playful?  Our sneaker obsession is on full display today (again!) (New Balance much?).  There is no better way to update your wardrobe than thru a new fun accessory....and these are certainly fun.  We really like how the sorbet shades play off of the more saturated hues and neutrals.

Midnight Floral

OK, we're going to come right out and say it......this is the perfect dress!  The fabric is a comfortable and easily washable knit jersey that looks great right out of the dryer.  The fit is great and by it's nature makes the jersey fabrication appear much more sophisticated.  The subtle but oh-so-important details such as the high neck and wide shoulder keep it sleek and modern.  But mostly we just love this print.  The pastel tones on the black ground, to us, are simply sublime.  And...we cannot get enough of these sandals, beautifully made by hand in the USA and simply stunning in person.

We're Blushing

A couple of weeks ago we gathered up some of our favorite mint accessories and today we've pulled together pink and blush tones.  We really like how these pinks are influencing metallics and rose gold tones.
